Postal Impacts from Australia Post
The Delivery of mail has been reduced from the normal daily delivery, to every 2 or 3 days. We have noticed this this week and will have to restructure the way we do things as a result of these actions taken.
With the rise in emails and decline of the demand for letters, There needs to be a mindset change to improve the operations of the business, and minimise the impact on the workers.
A program was put in place and it was progressive with improvements. Turning lemons into lemonade, it can be done.
