The Delivery of mail has been reduced from the normal daily delivery, to every 2 or 3 days. We have noticed this this week and will have to restructure the way we do things as a result of these actions taken.
With the rise in emails and decline of the demand for letters, There needs to be a mindset change to improve the operations of the business, and minimise the impact on the workers.
A program was put in place and it was progressive with improvements. Turning lemons into lemonade, it can be done.

Lawyers acting for victims of Commonwealth bank financial advisors have continued to criticise the review scheme announced by the bank which promised to examine the investments of all clients who request it.
